After I taught a class on Zoom a few weeks ago, one of my students privately told me she doesn’t answer questions in class because she’s afraid she’ll give the wrong answer.
I replied, “Don’t worry about that, because even a wrong answer draws us closer to the right answer.”
The courage to give what could be the wrong answer points you closer to the right answer.
Mistakes aren’t your enemy. But mistakes may very well be that friend who pushes you toward progress.
