A couple weeks ago, in preparation for our baptismal service, I send an Amazon link to our church administrator Michelle for her opinion about a particular product.
When she looks over the link, she tells me, “I don’t know. I don’t like the reviews. The reviews say that’s it hard to assemble and parts have been missing upon delivery.”
Michelle assessed the credibility of this product based on the reviews. She assessed the product’s track record.
In a similar way, if you want to know if the Lord is credible, just pay attention to the Lord’s track record in your life. Has the Lord ever touched your life, or changed your life, or blessed your life? Has the Lord ever restored you, or revived you, or refreshed you? Has the Lord ever moved in your life?
Based on the Lord’s track record, it’s safe to say that the Lord is credible.
