I love cake—probably too much.
But I don’t crack eggs, pour them in a glass, and then drink them. I’ve never eaten a spoonful of flour out the bag. I don’t eat spoonfuls of sugar directly out the bag. I’ve never taken a bite of a stick of butter as if it were a candy bar.
I don’t consume these ingredients individually.
But when you put these ingredients together, when they work together, a good cake is on the way.
In the same way, God can make all things work together for your good.
God can use conflict to develop your courage. God can use disappointment to develop your discipline. God can use rejection to give you direction.
