At some point in your life, while driving or riding on the road, you’ve been caught in a storm. I absolutely, positively hate driving in thunderstorms.
But every now and then, when I’m caught in a storm, I notice cars pull over under the overpass. And they just sit there and wait until the storm is over.
When they drive under the overpass, they’re not removed from the storm. But the overpass provides them shelter in the storm.
God is your overpass in the storm. God is your shelter in the storm. God may not always deliver you from the storm. But God can protect you in the storm.
