One day last year, as I prepared to attend a function, I didn’t have time to take my suit to the cleaners. So I ran to Target to buy Dryel, an at-home dry cleaner kit.
Just in case you don’t know, let me explain how Dryel works.
You place the garments and a cleaning cloth inside a fabric protection bag, and then tumble the bag in your dryer for fifteen to thirty minutes. As the bag tumbles in the dryer, the heat of the dryer activates the cleaning solution in the cleaning cloth.
The tossing around, and the turning around, and the tumbling around are actually helping to get the clothes clean.
Just as the tumbling of the dryer is working for the clothes, so also the tumbling in your life is working for you. Your trial is working for you. Your trouble can actually work for you.
In the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:28: “All things work together for good of those who love God, who are called according to His purpose.”
